The vegetables I prepared are 3 cheongyang peppers, 1 onion, a little carrot, 1 mini paprika, 1/2 green onion, and 1/5 green pumpkin.

When I stir-fry it on high heat, it's not moist, so the seasoning is slightly dehydrated, and it feels a bit dry to mix it with noodles..

Stir-fry it, taste it, and if there is any seasoning that is lacking in your taste, adjust it with soy sauce or oligosaccharide. Lastly, if you sprinkle sesame seeds, it's over!!
