Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Let's shake off the insides of kimchi, squeeze out some water, and chop it into small pieces. Onions were also chopped into kimchi-sized pieces, prepared with kimchi, onions, sugar, sesame oil, and stir-fried in a heated pan.
STEP 2/4
Stir-fried kimchi with rice, perilla leaf salad, and sesame seeds and mix them well. Place round paper foil on another pan.
STEP 3/4
It was rolled into rice balls and grilled back and forth until golden.
STEP 4/4
I put a piece of cheese on top of the well-baked fried kimchi rice ball and sprinkled sesame seeds.
