STEP 1/8
Soak pork in cold water for 10 to 30 minutes. Pork can have a lot of unique smells, so it is recommended to soak it in water and remove blood to make it clean. Of course, you can skip it, wipe off the blood, and boil it right away.
STEP 2/8
Pork uses various spices to get rid of its unique smell. Most basically, use spicy foods like garlic, onions, green onions, and ginger. The spicy scent takes care of the smell.
Other than that, there are octagonal angles and cloves. It's a very effective spice to control the smell of meat. Similar to these two, the most popular one is the laurel leaf. There are also beer and coffee that are easy to get.
STEP 3/8
After removing the blood from the pork, let's start boiling the meat. Mix the soybean paste in water enough to soak the meat
STEP 4/8
Add the prepared spice ingredients and boil them.
STEP 5/8
When the water is boiling, add the meat. Continue to boil over high heat for ~5-10 minutes! When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, reduce it to low heat, cover it with a lid, and boil it well. Boil for about an hour!!
STEP 6/8
If you poke it with chopsticks and it goes in naturally, it's cooked well
STEP 7/8
If you take a cold shower, the meat will get stronger and you can cut it out nicely. (You can omit it.)
STEP 8/8
The meat goes in the opposite direction!! Cut it into bite-size pieces. I think you can enjoy it if you prepare various vegetables such as ssamjang and garlic.
It's not for roasting, it's for bossam. Cut the garlic into thin slices. If you have dried radish, make sure to eat it with it.
* Measure with a coffee spoon and rice spoon.
* I prepared pork with pork neck. If you don't like fat, prepare pork neck.
Pork neck is a bit stiff. Pork belly is good if you want to eat it softly.
