Chinese-style stir-fried tomato eggs
I would like to introduce the Chinese-style stir-fried tomato egg that Chinese people enjoy. In Chinese, it's called "Seo". It tastes good and has high nutritional value!! I wanted to recommend it, so I'm introducing it.
1 serving
Within 30 minutes
Ingredients
  • Tomato
    2ea
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • crushed garlic
    1ts
  • Salt
    little
  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the tomatoes clean, cut out the tip, and slice them.
STEP 2/6
Beat the eggs without hesitation and add a little salt. Grease a well-heated frying pan with plenty of oil and pour in the egg mixture. Since the pan is heated, the edges start to cook as soon as you pour the egg mixture. When the egg is cooked to a certain extent, break it gently.
STEP 3/6
The eggs are well fried, right? Wait a minute!! After heating the pan enough, you have to pour in the egg mixture to make a fluffy and soft fried egg!!
STEP 4/6
After frying the eggs, put them on a plate for a while, put a little oil on the pan, and stir-fry the sliced tomatoes gently.
STEP 5/6
When tomatoes are cooked and juicy, stir-fry 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, a little salt, and a little pepper, change it to medium heat, add 3 to 5 tablespoons of hot water, and boil slightly. Stir-fried tomato eggs are easier to eat when they are moist.. I think it feels soft.
STEP 6/6
Add water and boil it a little bit, then add 1/2 sliced green onion and fried egg and stir-fry it!! It's soft and it's good to swallow. It's refreshing and savory. If it's too much for you to eat early in the morning.. How about a simple stir-fried tomato egg?
Tomatoes are said to be more nutritious as you heat them up. By the way, you all know that putting sugar on tomatoes will destroy nutrients, right?
