Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare the boiled octopus,
STEP 2/4
Mix both soy sauce and seasoning ingredients, boil them, and pour them over the octopus when it is hot.
STEP 3/4
Cheongyang red pepper gives a spicy taste, ginseng removes miscellaneous smell, and licorice removes sweet taste and fishy smell.
STEP 4/4
When the heat is gone, refrigerate. Kimchi refrigerator would be better, right? When you eat it, cut it into bite-sized pieces and put it on a plate.
