Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, the sweet pumpkin (1/2) digs out the seeds inside.. Turn it upside down in a steamer and steam it for more than 20 minutes,

Leave about 4 tablespoons of steamed sweet pumpkin separately, mash all the rest, add sugar (2T) and salt (1 pinch) and mix,

Put it in a pot, stir it over the fire, and let it dry for about 5 minutes.. Add chopped nuts (1/2 cup) and mix to make sweet pumpkin sediment,
It's a sediment to put in a sticky rice doughnut. You can make it like this or use commercially available red bean paste. If you don't have it, you can just fry it without filling it
STEP 4/8
Add sugar (2T) and salt (1/2T) to the Chechin mill glutinous rice powder (180g), gravity flour (20g), and b.p (1t), then mix the remaining sweet pumpkin steaming (4T), and when there is not enough moisture, add water (1 to 2 tablespoons) to knead,
(Make sure to put a little bit of water or steamed sweet pumpkin).. Put it in and make it into a lump.. You have to knead it.)
STEP 5/8
All of these are made into one piece,
STEP 6/8
Divide it into 7 pieces... After filling a tablespoon of the flat pumpkin sediment.. Pinch and seal,
STEP 7/8
Sprinkle flour on top of course.. Make it round.
STEP 8/8
And fry it while rolling it until it's golden brown...
- About 7 to 8 pieces - Measure with a rice spoon and a paper cup (200ml). - Since mill glutinous rice powder contains moisture, regular commercial glutinous rice powder is made by adding more sweet pumpkin or water.
