Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Boil the glass noodles about 2 minutes less than the time indicated on the package, drain, and prepare
STEP 2/3
Heat the wok and stir-fry glass noodles, fried tofu, 4 tablespoons of onion and oil, 1 tablespoon of chili oil, 8 tablespoon of seasoned soy sauce, 6 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
STEP 3/3
If the glass noodles and fried tofu are seasoned and colored, stir-fry them slightly over high heat for 30 seconds, turn off the heat, and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 0.5 tablespoon of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds!
