STEP 1/7
It's a three-color songpyeon mix made of Korean rice from Haetsalmaru. Along with the Baeksongpyeon Mix, Mugwort Songpyeon Mix, and Baekryeon Chosongpyeon Mix, there are three types of Peanut Antiquities Mix, Peanut Antiquities Mix, and Eastern Antiquities Mix.
STEP 2/7
Add 240ml of water (1 paper cup and /3 cups) to 300g of 3 songpyeon mix and knead. When kneading, you must use cold water, not dough.
Add water to the Songpyeonso and mix it.
100g peanut junk mix + 55ml water - 1/3 paper cup
Sliced bean paste mix 100g + water 30ml - paper cup 1/6
Dongbu Antique Mix 90g + Water 55 ml - Paper Cup 1/3
You just have to put it in and mix it.
STEP 3/7
Put cold water in the three-color songpyeon mix and knead it, and the peanut junk mix and the eastern junk mix made songpyeonso in the right size in advance. If you make songpyeon like this, you can make songpyeon in a clean and pretty shape without getting junk on the edge of songpyeon dough. I just used a small spoon for the pickles.
STEP 4/7
Take off about 20g of the songpyeon dough and put 4-5g of the prepared songpyeon filling in to make a pretty songpyeon. I made songpyeon in two shapes, do you think it looks pretty? If you divide the dough by 20g, you can make 27 songpyeon.
STEP 5/7
Put parchment paper on the steamer and place the songpyeon neatly. You can use a cloth instead of parchment paper. I used it because there is parchment paper in the three-color songpyeon mix. If you put it up at a certain interval, it's good that the songpyeon doesn't stick to each other when steamed.
STEP 6/7
I steamed it in a steaming steamer for about 15 minutes, and it turned into a pretty color. Songpyeon doesn't pop and keeps it in a pretty shape. If you use chopsticks to make a round songpyeon shape, it's good because it's pretty and easy to shape.
STEP 7/7
I cooled the songpyeon a little and put it on a plate. If you put a bit of sesame oil on songpyeon, it's glossy and savory, so it tastes good.
