There's bread mix powder and instant yeast in it. Very, very simple!!

You put in as much water as it says in the beginning... I took out the dough...I don't know if it's water or dough..It's so different from the dough I've ever made.. So I took it out and mixed the dough.. But the dough that was still watery... Bread is softer and tastier, but... But how much should it be... So now I'm putting in less water.
First fermentation in the kneader. Even if you reduce the amount of water, it's a bit tough But still...I believe the bread is much softer than the dough!!

Still don't like the fermentation in the baking machine... So I took it out and let it ferment a little more. Take gas out of the fermented dough.. I'm going to bake it in two pieces, so I'll divide it into a dough spatula.
STEP 5/6
They put it in half in a bread mold. It's not the state of the dough that can be molded... just clumped together!!! I put it in.. I'm going to give you a second fermentation in the mold. The time!Rather than setting it up and fermenting it, you should see the degree of fermentation with your own eyes. I think that's more accurate. The difference between temperature and humidity is different every day, so I let it ferment for about 30 minutes.
STEP 6/6
It was baked for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 minutes.
