Place the ice cream liquid in a frozen refrigerant container and heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Then, the ice cream is made thick like the picture on the right. If you don't have an ice cream maker, mix flaxseed powder and place in a wide bottom container in the freezer for about two hours.
