Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, peel the onion and cut it into squares, and chop the green onion.

Cut pork into bite-sized pieces.. Season with cooking wine (salt, pepper (a little bit), and pork can be any part of the front leg, back leg, sirloin, etc. I'll use the seagull meat

The noodles are boiled in boiling water in the order of recipe. (I'll take about 6 minutes ^^) Boil them, rinse them in cold water, and put them on a sieve,

Add pork and stir-fry enough. When the meat is cooked, remove from the heat. Ganjajang is a little wet from the onion, but if you think it's too dry.. Water medicine... You can add 3 to 4 tablespoons and stir-fry it a little bit ^^ It's better to mix it with noodles than it's too dry. LOL

Put noodles in a bowl and finish with a lullaby.
