Cooking Steps
STEP 1/2
Place all ingredients except raisins in a baking machine and knead until the dough is finished and add raisins until the first fermentation.
*If you put raisins in advance, they will be crushed and you can't find their shape.
After the first fermentation, remove the gas, divide into appropriate sizes, and ferment for about 15 minutes.
STEP 2/2
Remove the gas from the medium-fermented dough and stretch the dough to tie the knot or let it ferment until it is rounded and doubled.
When the dough doubles, bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 20 to 23 minutes.
*Apply melted butter on top of dough before baking.^^
