Cut the pork into 1cm wide and 1cm long pieces. Mix 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of plum juice, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, 1 tablespoon of refined rice wine, and pork in a bowl. Let marinate for 30 minutes to soak in the sauce.

When the pork is cooked, add kimchi and onions and stir-fry them together. From now on, lower the heat to one level and stir-fry kimchi and onions.

When the onions are cooked, add rice and mix. If it's cold rice, put it on low heat and put up a spatula and mix it while releasing the rice. The color seemed boring, so I cut a little bit of perilla leaves and mixed them. Stir-fry sesame oil with perilla leaves and sprinkle sesame seeds at the end to enjoy it. I personally like to eat it with eggs, so I added eggs today as well.
It doesn't matter which part of pork it is. I prepared the front leg meat.
