Ingredients
  • a gizzard shad
    2ea
  • Frying flour
    1cup
  • grape seed oil
    suitably
  • Salt
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
If you use gizzard shad after removing scales and intestines, make cuts and season it with salt
STEP 2/6
As I added the sheath excitedly, I also added the sheath to the gizzard shad to be fried gizzard shad. Cut off the head, tail, and fins of the gizzard.
STEP 3/6
Please cut the gizzard shad. Slice as thinly as possible to eat the bones. I cut it into 7mm thick pieces and the middle bone got stuck when I ate it.
STEP 4/6
Coat the gizzard shad with batter and add a little cold water to the remaining frying powder to make a batter. The concentration of the dough was about the viscosity of the egg. I thinned the batter so that the gizzard shad can be fried crispy.
STEP 5/6
I fried gizzard shad.
STEP 6/6
Heat the pan to add oil and fry the gizzard shad when the oil is completely heated. The fire didn't go overboard, so it could be fried crispy inside. Place fried gizzard shad on a kitchen towel and drain the oil.
Things to watch out for when frying gizzard shad!! Slice and fry gizzard shad as thin as you eat. The thinner the batter, the more crispy the gizzard shad is fried.
