Add a gentle sheath to the sheath and sprinkle with wine. Sprinkle the seasoning salt (steak salt, replace with salt, pepper and herbs if not) and sprinkle with olive oil. You say you're going to make marinade, right?

Usually, they cook only the front and back surfaces slightly in a hot preheated pan and bake it in the oven, but fortunately, I had a direct fire pan, so I put it on top and baked it right away.
