Season the pork with salt, pepper, and cheongju, then mix it with starch powder. Coat it with whole wheat flour one more time. I usually make water starch and mix eggs.. I had to dress it like that, but I cut it short and just put the powder on it.

Ingredients for sweet and sour pork sauce~ Cut the onion and the remaining half of the paprika in size. Mix ground plums, water, vinegar, sugar, salt and starch powder.

Stir-fry onions first in the pan, then add paprika and cucumber peppers. I added green cucumber peppers because it seemed too yellow and red. Stir-fry paprika and cucumber peppers. Add plums and stir-fry slightly. Pour starch water from plum juice and boil it to make the sauce complete.
