STEP 1/9
Place the steak on a paper towel to remove the blood and cut off the beaten tendon with a meat hammer.
STEP 2/9
Gently coat the meat with the above seasoning ingredients and marinate for about 30 minutes.
STEP 3/9
You can prepare the side as you like
I put plenty of olive oil on the frozen potatoes on the market, ground pepper, parmesan cheese, and baked them in the oven. Take it out in an oven preheated to about 200 degrees for 10 minutes, flip it once, and bake it for about 5 to 8 minutes. The potatoes are thick, so I baked them for a long time.
STEP 4/9
Since it's Scotch whisky sauce, we need whiskey I just used Johnny Walker at home.
STEP 5/9
Steak sauce (no Worcester sauce available) 1/3Cup + ketchup 1/3Cup Scotch Whiskey 1/4Cup + Dijon mustard 2T + brown sugar 2T, plenty of pepper
STEP 6/9
When it boils over high heat, reduce the heat to the lowest and simmer for at least 20 minutes while stirring. The concentration should be about the amount that flows heavily.
STEP 7/9
Heat the oven-ready grill very hot and cover with olive oil.
STEP 8/9
Grill the marinated meat until it makes a sound. Turn it upside down when one side is almost cooked. Bake the other side half-cooked.
STEP 9/9
Bake in a 200-degree oven for 5-7 minutes. You have to grill both sides of the pan first and the rest in the oven to keep the meat juicy and delicious.
