Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice garlic on the side, please. Remove the fin of the mackerel and season it with salt and pepper. Please sprinkle pepper on the seasoned mackerel.

Add the ingredients and make the mayonnaise sauce.
STEP 3/4
Place 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan heated over medium heat and bake the sliced garlic back and forth until golden. Place the cooked garlic on a plate.
STEP 4/4
Place the garlic in a roasting pan and grill it back and forth just enough to color over high heat. Then the garlic scent will soak into the mackerel. Place mackerel in a broiler pan and cover with enough mustard seed mayonnaise sauce and bake on the grill for about 15-20 minutes. Take it out once in the middle and add mayonnaise sauce so that the mackerel is seasoned well.
