Ingredients
  • Potato

  • canola oil

  • parsley powder

  • mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Bacon

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Wash the potatoes clean, cut out only the seed eyes, and shred them thickly at 1.5cm intervals with the skin.
Soak the potatoes in water to remove starch and remove the water completely
Add canola oil and a little parsley and mix them together. In fact, bacon and cheese have salt, so you don't have to season potatoes with salt.
Place the mixed potatoes in a container and bake them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
