Add sifted whole wheat flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt and butter to the ground onion at once and grind, stopping halfway through. That way, the flour doesn't produce gluten, so you can make crispy snacks.

Place the dough on the oven sheet, cover with plastic, and roll with a rolling pin. Take off the plastic and make a 3mm wide cut.

Take out the baked cookies for about 10 minutes, cut them completely using scissors or a knife, and bake them in the oven for another 2 minutes. When cooled in a cooling net, it becomes firm quickly.
