Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare fresh plums.
STEP 2/7
Remove the tip of the plum, wash it clean, and strain it through a sieve to remove moisture. It's good to use the tip of a knife or toothpick to remove the tip.

Drain the plums and remove the seeds and only cut out the pulp.
STEP 4/7
Mix 3 pieces of brown sugar and put them in a sterilized glass bottle.
Put plum and brown sugar in the same amount as 1:1. If you remove the water from the plum and cover it with brown sugar, it is good to prevent mold from forming because air does not enter.
STEP 5/7
After 20 days of making plum pickles, I found this delicious plum pickle.

Mix the pickled plum with red pepper paste, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
