Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I steam the potatoes and crush them. Chop the green and red bell peppers into small pieces. Mix mashed potatoes with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, green, red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons of potato starch, and salt.

Cut mozzarella cheese into 7 pieces and then cut it in half.
STEP 3/4
Place the cheese on the potato batter and wrap it around and make it into a rectangle.
STEP 4/4
Grease the pan, place the potato cheese sticks, and cook. When the potato cheese sticks are heated a little, the sides burst and the cheese flows out. First, cook all four sides evenly, cook them all, and then press slightly upward with a spatula. If the potato cheese sticks are not hard and become soft, you can take them out.
