Anchovy noodles and lettuce wrap

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Shall we make noodles first? It's an ordinary noodle with anchovy broth that you just make at home. It's good to soak the kelp in cold water in advance, but when you don't have time, boil it with anchovies. Remove the kelp just before the water boils, and let the anchovies boil for another 10 minutes.

Finely chop the garlic, shred the onions, and shred the carrots. Prepare shiitake mushrooms by slicing them thinly. Boil noodles, rinse in cold water, drain and prepare.

Boil anchovies, remove them, and boil them with minced garlic. Add onions, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and soy sauce and bring to a boil for a while. Adjust the salt for the lack of seasoning, and finally add the chives and remove.

The soup is done. You can cut the cheongyang peppers diagonally and boil them together when you add mushrooms, or you can put them in a bowl and put them on top.

Shall we prepare lettuce wrap? It's simpler than boiling noodles. First, put the tuna in the can through a sieve to remove the fat. Place 1/2 bowl of rice in a bowl and mix evenly with perilla oil, black sesame seeds, and fine salt. Then wear plastic gloves and remove the rice little by little and make it slightly round.
STEP 6/6
Wash and drain lettuce clean and spread on the floor, top with rice. Put a lot of red pepper paste on the rice, and put a moderate amount of tuna without fat, and it's done.
