Cut 200g of tofu and 1/3 of the regular square tofu.

Put tofu in a blender, add agave syrup, sugar, and milk and grind them together. Grind the tofu finely.

Place the parfait in a pretty cup or shaved ice cup and serve with ice cream, cereal, nuts, and more.

If you put fruits such as kiwi and mini tomatoes on top of cereal, it's done.
