Making homemade cookies and cream yogurt ice cream

  • Yogurt
    400g
  • an Oreo
    100g
  • whipped cream
    400g
  • Sugar
    100g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Remove the cream from the Oreo cookies and cut them into large sizes. I cut it with my hands. Put plain yogurt in a bowl, add sugar and mix well. You can use honey instead of sugar.

Whip the whipped cream vigorously with a whisk. When you hold it in a whisk, make it hard enough to prevent the whipped cream from flowing.

Add yogurt to whipped cream and carefully mix with a spatula.
STEP 4/5
Place in a wide airtight container with a lid, cover and freeze in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove and stir again with a whisk or fork.
STEP 5/5
Add the Oreo cookies and mix again. Repeat the process of scratching with a fork more than 3 times. So there's a lot of air in the ice cream, so it becomes soft.
