STEP 1/9
Put all the ingredients for tortilla dough into a kneader and knead only about 80%. You just have to make the dough chewy. When the dough is complete, cover the top with plastic and let it rest at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.
STEP 2/9
Divide the rest of the dough into quarters and round each.
STEP 3/9
Put the frying pan on low heat and let it heat up, sprinkle the powder on the workbench (whatever it is, whole wheat or gravity flour), and roll the dough as thin and round as possible.
STEP 4/9
Place the dough on a heated pan and bake it. Bake it for 1-2 minutes until it's golden brown.
STEP 5/9
Place the baked tortillas in a dish and cover the top with kitchen towels to prevent them from drying out. If you want to keep it frozen, you can bake it like this, cool it down, put it in a plastic bag, and put it in the freezer.
STEP 6/9
Boil spaghetti noodles, make sauce while boiling and mix with cooked noodles.
STEP 7/9
Place spaghetti on a sheet of baked tortilla, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil powder, and add plenty of mozzarella cheese. Cover it with a sheet of tortilla. I think we need to bake the cheese until it melts?
STEP 8/9
Place tortilla spaghetti in a pan heated over low heat, cover and melt the cheese. It's good to turn over the top and bottom in the middle of baking, but if you flip it wrong, the ingredients might come out and go crazy
STEP 9/9
Tortilla sand~ Mozzarella cheese filled with spaghetti melted gently and permeated into the noodles. Each bite is filled with chewy noodles, chewy cheese, and plain tortilla.
