  • tomato sauce

  • Soymilk
    1/2cup
  • White wine
    2T
  • Broth
    2.5cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Boil the clam broth carefully.
STEP 2/5
As much as seafood risotoni...We need plenty of seafood... There are only cocktail shrimp and squid
STEP 3/5
Put olive oil on the pan.. Onions and garlic that are chopped thickly..And if it's spicy, stir-fry the shredded red pepper and add rice and stir-fry it again
STEP 4/5
Pour 2C of clam broth, boil until rice grains are spread, add 13T of commercially available tomato sauce, boil, and add 1T of butter
STEP 5/5
Lastly, season it with Parmesan cheese powder... and boil it for a while
