Mix tuna, tofu, onions, carrots, green onions, 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of potato starch, and 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs in a bowl. (If the dough doesn't clump well, beat the eggs well, and add one tablespoon at a time to make the dough.)

Put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, and 1 tablespoon of plum juice in a pan and when it boils, add the rice cake and cook it. Lastly, add a little bit of sesame oil and mix it.
