  • Tofu

  • Tteokbokki and rice cake

  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce

  • Starch syrup

  • plum extract
    1ts
  • Sesame oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop the onion and green onion into small pieces. Cut carrots into 2cm long pieces.
STEP 2/8
Mix tuna, tofu, onions, carrots, green onions, 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of potato starch, and 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs in a bowl. (If the dough doesn't clump well, beat the eggs well, and add one tablespoon at a time to make the dough.)
STEP 3/8
Put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, and 1 tablespoon of plum juice in a pan and when it boils, add the rice cake and cook it. Lastly, add a little bit of sesame oil and mix it.
STEP 4/8
Remove the dough and put the soy sauce seasoning tteokbokki rice cake that I made a while ago and wrap it with the dough.
STEP 5/8
Place the dough in a long cylinder on the cutting board and roll lightly with your palm.
STEP 6/8
If you do this, it makes the bumpy sides smooth. It also makes the sides flat.
STEP 7/8
Make the rest the same way.
STEP 8/8
Grease the pan with chili oil and cook while rolling in the pan. You can stick it on skewers or with mustard or ketchup. If you make it delicious, okay.

    I used green onion oil instead of chili oil because 3-5 year-olds will eat it My kids who don't eat vegetables and tofu eat it so deliciously There's tuna in it, too. It's nutritious!! I think it'll be a simple meal^^ Thank you for the good recipe^^
