STEP 1/3
Wash the brown rice gently so that the rice snow doesn't fall off. Place in a slightly wider bowl and pour water to cover.
STEP 2/3
Leave it at room temperature for 2 to 3 days and change the water once. Change the water more often the hotter the weather is. In this way, in these days (May), leave it at room temperature for two or three more days in winter and change the water once, and it naturally germinates from brown rice snow.You should change the water more often when the weather gets hot. Otherwise, you can have a bad smell and get a bonehead on the water. Even though it was quite hot for a few days, I changed it twice in the morning and evening from the second day, so it was kept clean and germinated well.
STEP 3/3
When I germinate once, I germinate for 3 to 4 days at a time, and when it's finished, I put it in the refrigerator and mix it every time I cook. It's fully swollen, so if you mix it with white rice, you can use it right away without soaking it in water. Of course, you need to reduce the amount of water compared to when you cook with brown rice. When small bubbles come up on the surface of the water and buds come up from the rice snow, it is complete if you store them in the refrigerator.
When the weather gets hot, you should change brown rice water often. Otherwise, you can have a bad smell and get a bonehead on the water.
