1 piece of tofu, 2 slices of cheese, 1/3 of green and red bell pepper
Put tofu in a cloth and squeeze the water out. Chop the bell pepper into small pieces.

Put tofu, chopped green, red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of potato starch, and 1 egg yolk in a bowl and knead the dough patiently. (Add 1 tablespoon of egg whites depending on the condition of the dough. If the dough is not sticky and stiff, add 1 tablespoon of egg whites each.)
STEP 4/5
Take a little bit of tofu dough, make the dough round, and put 2 to 3 pieces of cheese. Wrap the cheese with tofu dough and shape it into a square or oval shape.
STEP 5/5
Bake front, back, and sides in an oiled pan. I'd like it to be golden brown. Enjoy it with ketchup or chili sauce, ok.
