Soft crab meat and steamed eggs
Among the many dishes using eggs, steamed eggs is also a good side dish for drinking or rice instead of soup. There are people who like blue crabs but don't eat them because they're lazy to eat them. I made steamed crab meat eggs for these people.

Cooking Steps

After steaming the crab, peel it off, remove the flesh, and tear it thinly.

Beat the egg finely and stir the crab meat in the egg water.

Pour kelp water into an earthen pot, add chopped vegetables and salt, and boil.

When the kelp water boils, adjust the heat between medium and low heat and slowly pour the egg water evenly into the earthen pot.

Pour the egg water and do not stir immediately, but after about 30 seconds, stir the bottom and sides of the earthen pot evenly once and boil over low heat.
STEP 6/6
When it starts to boil at the edge of the earthen pot, stir slightly in the center and turn off the heat. Even if you put the lid on and cook it over heat, steamed dalgal is delicious.
