Cooking Steps

Put all the patty ingredients (300g ground beef, 1/2 onion, 1TS garlic, 1 egg yolk, 3TS bread crumbs, a little bit of refined rice wine, a little salt, a little pepper, and a little basil) in a bowl. It's best to melt frozen meat at room temperature I didn't have time; I just threw it into a frying pan. Well, I should have baked it for 15 minutes at 210 or 220 degrees..Hamburger steak became medium.. You can grill it while looking at the right amount If you want to bake it with well-done, I think it will take about 20-25 minutes at 200-210 degrees

For the sauce, add all the ingredients (3Ts of pork cutlet sauce, 1Ts of Worcester sauce, 1Ts of sugar, 2Ts of red wine) and boil it in a pan to the right concentration.
