STEP 1/5
Put all the patty ingredients (300g ground beef, 1/2 onion, 1TS garlic, 1 egg yolk, 3TS bread crumbs, a little bit of refined rice wine, a little salt, a little pepper, and a little basil) in a bowl. For a detailed picture, click "Go to see a beef patty." The amount I wrote above is enough to make three to four patties the size of a hamburger steak that I made If you make it thick, you'll get 2-3 and if you make it thin, you'll get 3-4
STEP 2/5
This much patty came out with 300g of beef. The small children used to make handmade mini burgers (finger foods) that they had uploaded before, and the other big ones were kept in the freezer because they didn't know when they would eat them.
STEP 3/5
It's best to melt frozen meat at room temperature I didn't have time; I just threw it into a frying pan. After baking it on a heated grill pan over a strong fire until the front and back are colored, paper foil (=parchment paper) was placed underneath and covered on top, and baked for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Well, I should have baked it for 15 minutes at 210 or 220 degrees..Hamburger steak became medium.. You can grill it while looking at the right amount If you want to bake it with well-done, I think it will take about 20-25 minutes at 200-210 degrees
STEP 4/5
For the sauce, add all the ingredients (3Ts of pork cutlet sauce, 1Ts of Worcester sauce, 1Ts of sugar, 2Ts of red wine) and boil it in a pan to the right concentration. It's better to add minced garlic and shredded onions For more information on making sauce, refer to the shredded roll steak. <- Click. You know that you put a half-cooked fried egg (boiled the white and popped the yolk) on the hamburger steak, right? I'll make the fried egg well, too. You can eat it in the order of moderately cooked hamburg steak -> sauce -> fried egg
STEP 5/5
Moderately cooked... (For those who eat steak medium or medium rare...) I actually like it more cooked... (Panser said this is good...)...Hamburger steak is originally soft, even though it's not tough even if it's fully cooked... Finally, Panther = Whether it's showing the shape of a leopard
