Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop the pork into thick pieces, add seasoning, mix, and marinate for more than 30 minutes.

Rub cucumbers with salt, wash them clean, and chop them finely. Add salt and marinate for about an hour. If you want to pickle quickly, increase the amount of salt. Rinse the pickled cucumbers slightly in water and squeeze them using a cloth cloth. I had good hand strength, so I just squeezed it with my hands. Add minced garlic, salt and sugar and mix well.

Grease a heated pan over medium heat with cooking oil and stir-fry. Sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds at the end.

Chop the carrots into small pieces, put cooking oil in a pan heated over medium heat, and stir-fry with salt.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, season them with cooking wine and salt, then add cooking oil in a heated pan and stir with wooden chopsticks to make scrambled eggs.

Stir-fry seasoned pork in a heated pan.

Since it's for lunch boxes, please season the rice slightly like gimbap. If you want to bring red pepper paste, you don't have to season it. It is delicious if you season it with salt because it will be fed to children.

Put seasoned rice in a lunch box and put cucumbers, carrots, pork, and eggs on top.
