Salted pollack triangular gimbap
He made me rice balls while taking out salted pollack roe from the freezer. The rice mixed with sesame oil was savory, and the salted pollack roe was savory, so my daughter ate it deliciously. Other snacks are good, but I think it's okay as a home-made snack.

Ingredients
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • black sesame
    1ts
  • Salted pollack roe
    1ea
  • Sesame oil
    2ts
  • Mayonnaise
    1ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Mix warm rice with black sesame seeds and sesame oil so that the rice grains don't get lumpy.
STEP 2/6
Separate only the eggs of salted pollack roe and mix them well with mayonnaise.
STEP 3/6
Put the rice mixed with sesame oil and sesame seeds into a triangular gimbap mold, and scoop the middle thoroughly.
STEP 4/6
Add mayonnaise and salted pollack roe and cover it with rice.
STEP 5/6
Seaweed for seasoning and seaweed for gimbap are also good. I'm just going to put the seasoned laver on the triangular kimbap, cut the sides about 1cm
STEP 6/6
If you put it on the triangular kimbap, it's done.
