Cooking Steps

For the second fermentation, the shape is not disturbed when the bread is baked immediately with gas, so you must put the ball in the mold for the last time and fermentation. I used the fermentation function in the oven because it was a little cold. The glow-in-the-dark oven has fermentation at 40 degrees I used it, and if you want to ferment in winter, you can put a cup of water in the microwave for 30 seconds, leave the cup of water (not the microwave) and ferment it, or put a cup of warm water in a styrofoam box and add the dough. Of course, if it's warm in summer, you can just wrap it at room temperature and leave it there. Personally, I think it's best to leave it at room temperature in summer.. Then bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes looking at the color.

If the bread is prepared warm, just cut it in half horizontally, if the bread is frozen in the freezerOr, if you put it in the refrigerator, bake it in a 190-degree oven for about 5 minutes to make it soft. When baking for about 5 minutes, you can spread butter on the bread and bake. Cut the cherry tomatoes in moderation and make 12 pieces, tear the lettuce 500 won coin by hand, and soak the sprout vegetables and onions in cold water to remove the spiciness slightly. Onions come out in a small circle at the end, right? I used it. I put the leftover onions in the refrigerator and put them in another dish.

When the bread is ready, take out the meat patties and bake them over high to medium heat. It doesn't have to be fully cooked because it only has beef in it anyway. If you flip it often, it will break, so please flip it once or twice.

Spread the sauce on the bottom and top of the bread (Mayonnaise 2TS, mustard 2TS, mustard 2TS, mustard 2TS, sugar 2TS -> mix).

When you're done with the sauce, add the patties, tomatoes, lettuce, sprout vegetables, and onions. Actually, I was going to cut the mozzarella cheese into 4 pieces and put it on top and return it to the oven slightly, but I forgot. If you have cheese, cut it into quarters and place on top of the patty while it is hot.

Since it's a finger burger, I put in a toothpick. If you put a toothpick in the lunch box, it'll be a nice picnic lunch box
You can add cheese. Burger sauce has a good 2:2:1 ratio. Patties can be made 1:1 with beef and pork.
