Braised Japanese root vegetables with soy sauce
It hasn't been long since you traveled to Japan. I made a similar dish that I saw in Japan when I still had the lingering feeling of traveling to Japan.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, make the broth, and when the water starts to boil, put in the bonito, turn off the heat right away, and after all the bonito has subsided, you can filter out the ingredients as shown in the picture.
STEP 2/4
Cut all the ingredients a little bigger than the bite size and put them in the broth and mix all the seasonings. Heat it over high heat and when it starts to boil, reduce it to medium-low heat and continue to boil.
STEP 3/4
Cook until the soup is almost gone.
STEP 4/4
It's done with braised soy sauce with healthy root vegetables.
