STEP 1/8
Leave it at room temperature and gently dissolve the softened butter into mayonnaise
STEP 2/8
Add sugar about 4 times and mix gently.
STEP 3/8
Beat the eggs gently by adding little by little.
STEP 4/8
Add the twice sifted powder (thickness, baking powder, and green tea) and mix gently as if drawing a line by standing spatula.
STEP 5/8
When there is a little bit of raw powder left, add milk and mix. As if you are still drawing a line ~ If you do not see any raw powder, stop the operation.
STEP 6/8
Put a spoonful of dough into the prepared muffin mold using a rice spoon. Add the red bean paste on top of that.
STEP 7/8
When you're done putting the dough, place the muffin mold in the oven pan. Remove bubbles by hitting the floor several times. Then it looks like it has 70 to 80 percent of the dough.
STEP 8/8
Bake it for 15 minutes in a preheated 180 degrees oven.
Mix the powders (soft flour, green tea powder, baking powder) together and sift them twice. Eggs and milk should be kept at room temperature so that there is no cold energy. Place butter at room temperature to prepare for softening. Please put a photo on the buffoon frame in advance. Prepare red bean paste in advance by dividing it.
