Leave butter at room temperature for 30 minutes and use when soft. In a bowl, mix butter, 15g of sugar, and a little salt well with a whisk.

Cut it into 10cm long and 1.5-1.7cm wide pieces. Spread oil paper (or parchment paper) in the oven, place the cut dough, and bake for 9 minutes and 30 seconds in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
