Fried crab meat rolls
I made fried food as a snack on the weekend. I bought crab sticks from the mart, but they sold them at the price of one because two were tied up. I will use one for my daughter's picnic and the other for lunch today. I rolled it with rice blood and fried it, and the crab meat was delicious and the rice skin was chewy and savory, so I enjoyed it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I dip crab sticks into the sauce.
STEP 2/8
Slice onions thinly, add mayonnaise and pepper and mix well.
STEP 3/8
After making it soft by soaking the rice skin in warm water, add 1 tablespoon of crab meat mixed with mayonnaise. If the water is too hot, the rice blood will be torn, so it's better to be slightly hot.

Roll it tightly so that it doesn't get air in

Coat with flour, egg wash, and bread crumbs
STEP 6/8
Put it in 180 degrees of oil and fry it until it's golden brown. Crab meat is an ingredient that you can just eat, so you don't have to fry it for a long time.

Place the golden brown crab sticks on a kitchen towel to drain the oil.

Put it in a bowl with ketchup to make it easy to eat.
