richly flavored shiitake mushroom soup

  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare 6 shiitake mushrooms and shred them. Some of these will be baked and decorated, so leave about 10 to 15 pieces. Chop the onions, too.
STEP 2/7
Put sesame oil in a pot, stir-fry minced garlic and onions, then stir-fry sliced shiitake mushrooms. After the onions are cooked transparently, add water.
STEP 3/7
Add 2 cups of water and chicken stock and simmer.
STEP 4/7
After cooling it down, grind it finely in a blender, season it with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper, and boil it again.
STEP 5/7
Heat 1/3 cup of milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then whisk milk into foam.
STEP 6/7
Bake the shiitake mushrooms that were shredded in a grill pan until golden brown.
STEP 7/7
If you put milk foam on the shiitake mushroom soup and put it on top, it's done.
