Tuna and potato croquette
It's usually fried in oil, but I baked it in an oven and made it into a croquette that's not oily and crispy

  • canned tuna

  • onion
    115g
  • Carrot
    65g
  • Butter
    20g
  • bread crumbs
    150g
  • egg
    1.5ea
  • Flour
    35g
  • parsley
    suitably
  • Salt
    1.5ts
  • ground pepper
    1/3ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Drain the tuna and prepare it without water, chop the onions and carrots into small pieces, stir-fry them in a pan, and mix the potatoes with butter when hot, then mix with tuna, onion, carrot, salt, pepper and parsley.
STEP 2/3
Make dough round and coat evenly with flour and egg water.
STEP 3/3
Cover with breadcrumbs lightly by hand and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
