Jujube wine and red pepper paste
I made jujube go because there were plenty of jujube. I'm thinking of making red pepper paste and tea with jujube, and making some medicinal rice when I have time. Cooking Steps

Wash the jujube clean and boil it well with cinnamon, ginger, and water.

I also made jujube red pepper paste while boiling enough jujube. Boil the red pepper paste with honey and wine jujube. Add honey and wine jujube to the red pepper paste and boil it until it is reduced by the first red pepper paste.

When red pepper paste boils, put on gloves and stir. If you stir it with a silicone spatula, it's good to stir to the floor. It's done when the color gets darker and thick like the original red pepper paste.
