Stir fried vegetables with oyster sauce

Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the seagull meat into bite-size pieces. Cut the bell pepper bok choy. Slice garlic thinly.
STEP 2/5
Put the seagull meat in a frying pan and stir-fry it with a little bit of herb salt. Turn off the heat when it's about 2/3 done.

Wipe off the pan that was fried seagulls, oil it, and stir-fry garlic. Garlic burns easily, so stir-fry quickly over low heat. Add paprika and stir-fry together.
STEP 4/5
When paprika is half cooked, stir-fry bok choy and stir-fry it with pre-fried seagull meat. Add the meat juice after stir-frying the seagull meat and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/5
Add 1.5 oyster sauce and 1 ginger juice and stir-fry. If it's a bit bland after tasting it, add a bit bland. When I first stir-fried seagull meat, I added salt, so it was seasoned well. You have to stir-fry it for a long time to make it light and chewy. When it's done, add 0.5 sesame oil and mix it again and turn off the heat.
