Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Dip beef ribs in cold water and drain blood for about 2 hours. It's good to change the water in the middle.
STEP 2/4
Put the meat in boiling water, add green onions, garlic, pepper, etc. and bring to a boil for about 1 hour. Bring to a boil while scooping out bubbles, impurities and oil.
