Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Add the sifted powder and chopped butter to the food processor and press ON/OFF repeatedly until it is formed into a soboro.
STEP 2/4
Steamed on top of the soboro-shaped powder, add crushed sweet potatoes and cold milk and press ON/OFF alternately to complete the dough.
STEP 3/4
Place the finished dough in a pan of appropriate size and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
