Making Cinnamon Raisin Biscotti

  • brown sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Beat the eggs in a bowl and beat them well, then add the sugar and vanilla extract and stir thoroughly with a hand mixer. Whip the dough until it flows into a ribbon shape when lifted. Add the sifted powder to it and mix with a rubber spatula.

When the dough is mixed evenly, add raisins and almonds and mix. Pour batter into a baking pan with teflon sheets or parchment paper.
STEP 3/5
Then, make it into a long, flat shape about 1.5cm high. Put it in a preheated oven at 180 and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes.
STEP 4/5
Remove the baked dough and lower the oven temperature to 170. Cool the golden dough for 5 minutes, transfer it to a cutting board and cut it into 1cm thick pieces.
STEP 5/5
Place the cut dough on the baking pan again and bake at 170 for 7 to 8 minutes, then turn it upside down and bake for another 5 minutes.
