STEP 1/3
Place all ingredients in a baking machine and finish the dough and the first fermentation process. (If you don't have a baker, hit and hit 10-15 minutes, first fermentation 45 to 60 minutes.)
Remove the gas from the first fermented dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
STEP 2/3
Place the dough in a pan after the tissue is rounded and let it ferment 2 times for about 1 hour until it is doubled.
After the second fermentation, spread melted butter evenly over the dough and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
