Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Cut the apple into 0.2 to 0.3cm thick pieces. Soak in lemon juice and sugar mixture for about 30 minutes. (If the apple is too sweet, you can skip this process.)
STEP 2/3
Place apples in oven pan. Insert the pan into the first tier of the light-wave oven.
STEP 3/3
Select Drying Auto, then turn the dial to place it on d-3 and dry it.(In the case of a regular oven, dry at about 100 degrees.)
