Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add seasoning to the beef bulgogi and mix well.
STEP 2/7
I only have mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms at home, so I just used them, but you can replace them with other mushrooms such as oyster mushrooms. Please cut mushrooms into bite-size pieces. Chop the onions and prepare the green onions and green peppers diagonally.

Please prepare the sauce, too.

Add salt and rub the octopus to remove foreign substances from the sucker and wash it in water.

Place the meat in the middle of the pot and place the vegetables in a circle.
STEP 6/7
Add the sauce and put the octopus on top. Pour the broth and bring to a boil. I use a lot of anchovy kelp stock at once and store it in the freezer, so I skip the process of making it.
STEP 7/7
Bring it to a boil it. Lastly, season it to your taste. If you're going to eat with the whole family, you can put it on the bursta and boil it.
