Boil the potatoes, crush them, and sieve them once. Combine potatoes, potato starch, 1 tablespoon butter, nuts and a little salt in a bowl.
You can use the nuts you have, and when you chop them, place them on the cutting board and chop them finely with a knife.
When frying the dough, it is good to have the temperature at which the ingredients immediately rise in contact with the bottom of the pan.
